Also they've since contacted me about opportunities to promote my software with advertising. I suspect Brothersoft found Watchr by scraping Softpedia, who sent me a similar notice last week. (That message landed in my spam folder.) I don't know how Softpedia found it. They took the trouble to generate a screen shot, though, and actually wrote a little blurb about it.
